Discount buyers are not going to be happy with a newspaper article today that declares Broward County (where Fort Lauderdale is located) to be a "bargain." The days of buyers being treated like rockstars could be fading away, especially as the winter tourism season begins.

I don't really agree with that with more units coming on the market especially in Miami the bottom will be in another 12-15 months.
