The Vultures™ Database Report for December 2007 will be released on Wednesday afternoon.
The report provides insight into the current state of South Florida's residential real estate market east of Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
The Vultures™ Database Report for November found that the average asking price for a residence being tracked Condo Vultures® LLC was down by 21 percent, or $185,510, through October 31. In August and September, the average price drop was 20 percent.
